Yes Bebe reached out to us in September 2021 for marketing support on their e-commerce site and we have thoroughly enjoyed watching their ads account perform from strength to strength since they joined us.

The Challenge
It goes without saying that as Yes Bebe is an e-commerce business our challenge was to increase sales.
While we were happy to take this challenge on, we wanted to up the ante. Not only was our goal to increase sales and revenue - we wanted to increase efficiency by increasing their ROAS. Our goal was to take the current average ROAS of 4 and consistently achieve higher.
Traffic
We increased website traffic by 63% while also increasing our CTR by 21%. Due to optimised audience targeting and ad messaging, we achieved a much lower cost per click than in the previous period.
ROAS
Our goal was to take the ROAS that Yes Bebe was achieving and gradually improve upon this to have the account running as efficiently as possible.
We were hoping for anywhere above a 25%-50% increase in our first quarter so we were so happy to have achieved over double their consistent ROAS.
ROAS: Range
Since taking on the advertising of Yes Bebe, we've continuously held a ROAS of at least 6, but through optimisations and learnings from previous campaigns, we managed to get it as high as 9 in peak season.
Conversions
Under our management, Yes Bebe has had a 167% increase in conversions from an average of 93 sales per month to 247 conversions per month! Not only this, but the average order value of these sales has also increased!
Cost Per Conversion
We are proud that we were able to cut Yes Bebe's cost per conversion down by half; this meant that we were able to achieve double the amount of conversions under the same budget.
Revenue
Overall, our optimisations led to an average increase in revenue of 161%. It has been amazing watching Yes Bebe's ads grow since we began working together & we are confident that we can continue to optimise and improve their performance for the foreseeable future!
