The DreamBags Club: I want it, I rent it, I got it.

We’re immensely proud to announce the launch of one of our latest projects for ‘The DreamBags Club’! They are the first and only club in the UK that offers their customers the ability to rent new and pre-loved Hermès bags.

THE BRIEF

The DreamBags Club approached UNBXD to assist them in creating their brand identity from the ground up, as well as creating their new booking and e-commerce platform. The brief was to develop an identity which resonated which their clientele and also a secure platform which was easy to use whilst being informative and attractive to the users.

OUR APPROACH

Following an initial research phase, it soon became clear to our team that in order to successfully encapsulate the essence of what the DreamBags team was trying to achieve, we would need to create a visual link to the products they’re providing as well as showcase the heritage behind the brand resonate trust and reliability.

The use of modern classic typography proudly showcases the elegance of the service and creates the feeling of being the part of a club. SOLUTION

In terms of platform, we designed and developed a dynamic and responsive e-commerce website in Shopify for the core structure of the CMS and payment system. We then went on to build and integrated a whole host of bespoke features and re-marketing tools, including - Custom Booking Calendar, Order Tracking feature (with SMS//Email/Push Notifications), AI Powered Chat Bot, plus more.
