UNBXD Develops Luxury Online Furniture Brand, Eclectic Furniture

We wanted to take some time today to spotlight Eclectic Furniture! Eclectic is a luxury furniture and home accessories company based in the UK. Working alongside interior designers and influencers, they pride themselves only provided specially handpicked pieces available for purchase online.
The Brief
Eclectic approached UNBXD to assist in developing their brand identity, as well as their new e-commerce website. Their goal from the start was for all aspects of the brand to resonate and engage with their customers, whilst portraying trust and reliability, with a premium look and feel that matches their incredible furniture selection.
Our Approach
We began work with an initial research and info gathering phase, analysing their competitors and how we could best execute this project to maximise conversion. We wanted to fully understand their history and ethos so that we could correctly position them within the market. This was essential in order to inform both the design and the customer journeys.

When we started designing their e-commerce website we knew that focusing on the customer journey in the age of online shopping was paramount. We had to make sure the customer journey/process from start to finish was as easy and accessible as possible.
Solution
For the development of the website we chose to build within the Shopify CMS due to the ease of management both internally and externally post-launch, fulfilment integrations tailored to suit their unique requirements, and also being a robust platform which will support them in terms of scalability and longevity.
The design, layout and functionality of the site is optimised for conversion. We integrated some unique additional features such as a live chat, ai-powered chat bot, re-marketing tools plus more.
Results
Our approach and process resulted in an informative showcase e-commmerce website that is not only easy to navigate but also designed to sell. The website is an evocative and effective platform that engages the user and progresses the brands goal in elevating their digital experience.
