WELCOME TO THE TEAM, ANDY!
Our Marketing department is growing bigger and stronger every month! This month we added not only our digital marketing assistant Germaine, but we also welcomed our new PPC Manager, Andy.
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF:
Hey, my name is Andy! I’ve been passionate about paid media since my studies at Bristol UWE back in 2012. But it wasn’t until the summer of 2019 when I first got my break when I joined a London agency as a PPC Analyst where I started working on a global hotel chain and the world's best football club. During this role I vastly improved my knowledge on all things PPC from campaign tracking, optimisations and also dabbled with a bit of SQL.
Shortly after I joined another agency based in Bristol as a Paid Media Executive. During this role I started using different channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and even started using TikTok.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU OUTSIDE OF WORK?
I would definitely start with talking about my obsession with Football. As a big Chelsea fan I'm making sure I’m making time to watch the football or going to a live match. Apart from football, I’m very much into my gaming. I was lucky enough to purchase a PS5 at the back end of last year (despite the very high demand). I love playing my sport games and adventure games. Currently playing Assassins Creed which is great!
Despite the above, I do actually like to leave the house. I picked up running at the start of last year and since then I've ran over 800kms! For me it’s been a really good way to clear mind and improve my mental state when dealing with the pandemic.
WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO AT UNBXD?
I’m very much looking forward to have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients at UNBXD. Despite only being in my role for just over a week I feel that I have adapted well to client needs and have already provided a clear strategy for our paid search campaigns. I’m excited to see what the future holds for UNBXD within the digital industry and how the company grows in the upcoming years.
