We want to congratulate Youssef for his 1 year anniversary at Unbxd! 

It’s been a pleasure for us to work alongside him over the last year, his positive outlook and commitment to the team inside and outside the office has helped to grow the business and nurture a positive work culture at Unbxd.

Tell us about your role

I primarily oversee the creative outputs of all our projects and provide creative direction. My other roles include supporting the team in the different areas of the business, such as marketing, development and design. Additionally, I look after the team in terms of progression, personal development and wellness.

What's your favourite thing about working here?

Because we have such varied clients across multiple sectors, I get to apply and test different creative approaches out. Some clients allow more creative freedom than others, and that’s when we really get to have some fun.

What motivates you outside work?

I’ve always had entrepreneurial spirit. I love testing out different business concepts and growing them into something tangible with a working model. I’m also an automation freak. I’m always looking into new and emerging solutions and tech to find ways to improve the flow of things. 

Your favourite projects you have worked on?

Chateau De Puygaty, Cockle & Clam and CC Charters which is a work in progress! The clients have been really open to us being experimental and pushing the boundaries, resulting in really unique and bespoke brands being forged.

What are you looking forward to in year 2?

More of year 1! As we continue to grow, I’m excited to expand the family and continue pushing the boundaries of a conventional digital agency. We do things our way here.
