Laybourne is a specialist property finance brokerage offering a tailored service to property investors, developers and high net worth individuals across the UK and overseas. They pride themselves on building long-term, transparent relationships with clients and lenders alike. This is what has helped them lend over an astonishing £200 million since their formation in 2013.
Laybourne approached us with the challenge of developing their image whilst keeping qualities and characteristics from their previous branding. Alongside this, they also required us to renovate their website in line with the new branding to showcase their team and company as well as the services they offer acting as an informative source of lead gen.
Following the launch of their new image and online platform, the aim was to accelerate the growth of their online presence via social channels and email marketing by utilising their integrated CRM system we installed to their website. It is still early days, therefore, we are having to build from the ground up with their followers but we are confident that combining their already thriving business and large client base along with strategic marketing we should being able to grow each of their platforms rapidly.
