BB FIXINGS & FASTENERS
Founded in 2017, BB Fixings & Fasteners have grown from strength to strength and are now one of the leading suppliers of building supplies on the South Coast.
BB Fixings tasked the UNBXD team to help redefine the company branding, as well as develop a new online store, helping them house there vast range of products as well as catering for their customers growing need to order online.
We first carried out a full rebrand, developing on from the existing identity which their customers had grown to recognise and trust over the years, and making sure that an essence of the companies ethos from when they were first founded was still present. Additional services included within the brand pack were signage, van wraps, print, email signatures and more. In terms of web platform, we came to the conclusion that the best platform for this brief would be a Magento 2.0 store, therefore we carried out a full design and development service, building the new online store from the ground up.
From a technical point of view, the build was challenging due to the sheer number of products (10,000+) and integrations, as well as the variations for each product (80+ per product), all of which had to be custom built.We then went on to build and integrated a whole host of bespoke features and re-marketing tools, AI-powered Chat Bot, Trade Portal, plus more.
